Refund Policy:

By availing and booking the consultation Service on the Website, you agree to the terms below.

Appointments are confirmed once they are scheduled via the calendar on the Website and paid for in full via the payment provider platform on the Website.

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel the appointment prior to 24 hours from the time of the appointment. An appointment canceled sufficiently in advance (prior to 24 hours) will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed and issued to you using the original payment method used when booking.


No-shows and late cancelations:

No-shows (not showing up at the scheduled time of appointment) and appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time, cannot and will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show or late cancelation, you agree to forfeit the entire amount paid. Any exceptions made to this clause will be at our sole discretion. In the event that we initiate a cancelation due to an unexpected technical issue or inability to fulfil the scheduled consultation from our end, you will be offered the options of rescheduling at a future date and time, or a refund.
