Consultations:
The Website provides online Ayurvedic teleconsultation (“Service”) to users who schedule and book an appointment with us on our website.
Payment:
Users are required to pay the consultation fee in full immediately after scheduling and booking an appointment on-site.
Cancelations and Refunds:
Appointments are confirmed once they are booked via the calendar on the Website and paid for in full via the payment provider gateway on the Website. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel the appointment more than 24 hours in advance prior to the time of the scheduled appointment. You will also have the option to reschedule the appointment. An appointment canceled sufficiently in advance as per the above clause will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed and issued to you using the original payment method used when booking.
Late cancelations:
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time cannot and will not be refunded. In the event of late cancelation, you agree to forfeit the entire amount paid. Any exceptions made to this clause will be at our sole discretion. In the event that a cancelation was initiated by us due to an unexpected technical issue or the inability to fulfil the consultation from our end, you will be offered the option of rescheduling at a future date and time, or a refund will be offered if rescheduling is not opted for.

Limitation of Liability:
We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Website or Service provided by us.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate the user’s access to the Website and the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
